Where full rules live
Market-by-market rules (including specials, player props and esports maps) are published inside the live sportsbook after you open Sport or Cybersport. This page summarises common industry practices so you know what to look for — it does not replace the in-product rulebook.
Placing a bet
A bet is accepted when the sportsbook confirms it in your bet history at the odds shown at acceptance. Odds can change before you confirm; refresh the slip if the price moves.
You are responsible for checking event name, market type, stake and potential returns before submission.
Settlement
Markets usually settle on official results from the relevant league, federation or tournament organiser. If an official result is later corrected, the sportsbook may re-settle according to its published policy.
Voids and cancellations
Bets may be voided (stake returned) when an event is abandoned, postponed beyond the product’s cut-off, or when a market was offered in obvious error. Individual sportsbook rules define the exact time windows.
Walkovers, retirements and reduced-match formats are treated according to the sport-specific clauses in the live rules.
Live / in-play betting
In-play odds update continuously. There may be a short delay between your click and acceptance. A bet not yet accepted can be rejected if the market suspends or the price changes outside allowed tolerance.
Cybersport
Esports markets (where offered) follow the match format stated on the event page — for example map winner versus match winner. Server or technical pauses are handled under the Cybersport section of the live rules.
Casino games vs sportsbook
Slots, live casino, crash and table games are not settled like sports markets; they follow each studio’s game rules and the casino terms. See also Terms & Conditions.
Disputes
Keep your bet ID and contact Support from your logged-in account. Provide the event time and market name — not only a screenshot — so the team can check the settlement log.
